The issue is related to dual write integration issue between a finance and operations (FO) system and a customer relationship management (CRM) system. The problem occurs when the address on an account is changed (modified), resulting in all related notes on the accounts being modified. That is: When customer update any record field in CE, the note shows the name of the person that updated the record. However, when customer update the record from F & O, the note shows the name as Microsoft Dynamics ERP instead of the name of the person that made the modification and the note in CE is also being modified as Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
