User has a default category assigned to an activity at WBS level the same will be populated by the system when an Activity is selected by the user. System is not preventing/alerting the user when category is manually changed/updated, also it’s getting posted. System needs to prevent/alert the user from manually changing/updating the category and also prevent from posting the timesheet after manually changing/updating the category. Internal bug id 207726

This is will be an value added enhancement for all the future releases, with this enhancement user/users will have more visibility and seamless process with more authentication. Based on the different stages configured at WBS like wise this status control can help management mitigate risk. And as such currently there is no validations to prevent user from posting timesheets to any other activity. Not only at timesheet but at other usage level of PMA module
