Since users have access to multiple different model driven apps and have different business purposes for using each, it would be convenient for users to have a different default dashboard in each app (mda). So for sales user would have 1 default dashboard and in customer service they have a difference default dashboard. Today, switching the user default in one app happens for all apps.
