When dual write is installed for syncing records between D365 FnO and CE, the productnumber field is updated with the Company prefix. Therefore, when printing a quote from a Word template document the product number displays the prefix. The msdyn_productnumber field contains the original product number without the prefix, however this field is unavailable to include on the template. Creating a workflow to update this field on the quote product, or mapping this field from the product to the quote product are not available options.
