I ran the setupup process and under Dynamcis 365 applications it shows the following set up. I tried a couple of times agaist the CustomerService360. Both instances have existing configurations but I am receiving the following error message "We couldn't set up Omni Channel for Dynamics 365 Customer Service. We recommend you try to run the setup process again. If the setup continues to fail, please contact Microsoft Support." Side loading is enabled.



I did not get a survey when I accessed the Omni Channel Preview however the two orgs I wanted to use are:

HealthCare - 630a559b-02b5-4304-8cea-92affdc22d19





The application Tab states:

Omni-Channel Engagement Hub: Not Configured

Omni-Channel Engagement Hub - Web: Enabled



I tried on two seperate tenants, please note that I have to perform demos fromn these orgs possibly even next week. One of the demo's will be focused on the Omni CHannel Features.
