"FA Posting Groups" columns have less than ideal naming.

In particular, "Appreciation Account" should be "Accum. Appreciation Account" (to be consistent with depreciation columns) and column hover over description should advise this to be a "balance-sheet" account.

Also "Appreciation Bal. Account" should be named "Appreciation Expense Account" or "Appreciations Profit Account" and description should advise this to be an "Income Statement" account.
