When you run a duplicate detection job, the user interface is small and hard to work with. And the potential dupe at the bottom has fields that cannot be adjusted. For account, for example, the top view uses our views, so the Account Name field is wide enough. But the bottom view is not optimized, so you have to expand the Account Name field every time in order to see if it is the same person. This is tremendously tedious. Additionally, you only see 12 records at a time, so you do not know how many the results are, since there isn't a total count showing. Overall, the whole Duplicate Detection capabilities need to be expanded to be able to do better data cleansing without the use of 3rd party rules. Thank you!
