In case of seasonal products, we start creating sales order in advance. For example, we start ship Christmas orders in September, but users and customers start to create sales orders for these products starting even in March, with requested ship date from September to December.

But we already know that some products will not be available before a certain date (lets assume, middle October), due to vendor delay or production planning delay

In this case we would need a feature to avoid users or customers to place orders for that specific product if the order has requested ship date before Product First Availability date (in our example, middle of October). Not being able to do this, when the time comes and the orders need to be honored, it is seen that actually the products are not in stock, so the orders need to be processed again, our back office team need to move manually each order line forward, customers need to be informed etc.

This takes a lot of time form operators.

We already double checked with Microsoft support team (TrackingID#2206090030001581) that currently there is no functionality to cover this scenario
