Currently, when a record is added to the Flow Run entity and its status is marked as Failed, there is no built-in mechanism to automatically notify relevant stakeholders. It would be highly beneficial if Microsoft could implement an out-of-the-box functionality that:
- Detects when a flow run record is created with a status of Failed.
- Automatically sends an email notification to recipients defined in an environment variable (e.g., Support Team).
This feature would:
- Improve operational efficiency by alerting support teams immediately, even during Microsoft outages.
- Reduce downtime and accelerate troubleshooting.
- Eliminate the need for custom flows or manual monitoring.
