Tracking mass emails

Emails can only be tracked (who opened etc) when sent individually.
When sending to multiple accounts/contacts/potential opportunities, whether using "send direct email" or not, it is not possible to track who opened the email or did not.

Getting email stats with send direct email functionality will be very helpful to understand the email engagement between customer and user like it works in sales accelerators or sequence.
