To be a leader in their industry, enterprise accounts perform strategic account planning and accordingly plan their sales force activities. Our product does not offer out of box capabilities to perform strategic account planning activities without doing extensive customizations. We also don�t have apps available for popular methodologies like Miller Heiman, Revegy. Our competition like SFDC does have apps available for the same. Most large customers ask for this capability out of the box especially when they invest in a Sales automation solution.

We need to be able to do/create/manage in Dynamics 365 Sales - account planning and territory planning workflows, including capturing strategic account insights, planning activities and territory assignments And how further these can be integarted into dashboards to privide visibility for managers.
