Call Declare Start Amount form through code

Currently the API DeclareStartingAmountClientRequest will try to post a 'declare start amount' behind the scenes. It will not show the form/UI and let the user enter in the amount. Please provide an API that can be called that will show the form.

This is something which was present in older versions of AX 2012 R3 CU10 onwards but unfortunately removed by MS in D365. I would really like to see this back.
