Please provide a report or inquiry that shows all inventory transactions for all items (similar to the one in 2009). Also it would be helpful if there could be a date parameter so you can view all transactions within a certain period (e.g. 90 days or 9/1/17-12/1/17). It's inefficient having to go through the item record to view its transactions, especially when you need to compare transactions of multiple items

The form under Cost management is not the same form with Inventory transactions used in previous versions.
You can access to actual Inventory transactions report by manipulating your URL to ..&mi=inventtrans and see differences between these two.
It will be nice to have a menuitem for InventTrans form under Inventory Management/Inquiries as it was in previous versions.

This exists, it just moved to Cost Mgmt -> Inquiries & Reports -> Inventory Accounting - Inquiries -> Transactions for the inquiry screen.
