When using goals in Dynamics CRM you only can create goals with SUM fx Amount money or COUNT fx number of records.

A lot of goals uses the AVERAGE formular. Let's say we would set up a goal for average time used on a case or average satisfaction for customers using our service. These roll-up formulars are not selectable.

Please implement these roll-up formulars in the product ASAP.
