Increasing the size of the preview window would allow the user to properly view attachments without downloading.

How does this sit unresolved nearly 6 years out. Utterly absurd. As the a/p manager I view north of 100 invoices a day & while some are sufficiently viewed in the small pane many are not. It is a complete waste of time that this has not been addressed.

Another Idea with lots of support for 5 years and no progress.A modern UI really should allow for the attachments to scale with the window - our customers really need this.We tried to fix it but the control is locked down in the UI.Of note is that in Pending Supplier Invoices the captured attachments show up in a lovely big window!

Even a 25% increase would make a lot of difference. Trying to update a hundred orders a day and I only need to see one number on the document that is impossible without waiting for the document to download and reopen in a different program.

I would request Microsoft to consider this requirement as it's practically difficult to download each team and then review it.In today's world where things should be working with minimum clicks, the users do not accept if we have to tell them, Come to attachment pageGo to the preview tabTry to zoom and see if that's viewable,If not click then on Open in RibbonThen go to download folder Then open it in an app or web page. That's a very long process.There a so many small applications that also gives a better user experience.Logically all that the user needs to do is Come to the attachment page, Click on the image And it's opened in full screen. Consider a person expected to approve Invoices and have to approve 100s of invoices in a day. And for each invoice approval he has to view the attached invoice and receipt copy. How much additional time he would have to spend in the current design v/s proposed design.
