When a user is licensed using a Powerapps Per App license. the process seems to be:
- Get them into AAD, obviously
- Add them to the security group (if using in D365)
- Give them a Power Automate Free license
Then to actually give them fully licensed access to CRM we have to:
- allocate the PowerApps per app licenses to the CRM environment
- Give them a security role(s) in CRM
- Share the app with them
Adding the Power Automate Free License seems to be a strange way to get them created in D365. There should be a clearer way to do this. Also, what if you don't actually want to give them Power Automate access? How do you give them D365 access without giving them Power Automate?
