On all D365 forms, business users have requested that optionsets have the ability to be displayed as radio buttons on the CRM web forms. I can see this as being very beneficial to streamline the users experience. They wouldn't need to click to see the available options, they can read the options right away and their first click is on the selection they want. This functionality is currently only available for 2-option fields. This request is to expand that capability to optionsets.
