Page Sales Order Subform, we miss types like Title, Begin-Total, End-Total and New Page

We miss the selection type title, Begin-Total, End-Total and New Page on the page of offers, sales orders and sales invoices. This options were possible in standard NAV location for Switzerland. Please reenter this options.

Our customers also miss these options and they refuse to switch to BC.

If this functionality can no longer be implemented as a localization (for technical reasons, e.g. field type option), this should be integrated into the W1 standard, because it could be useful for all countries.

If the functionality is not made available again by Microsoft, at least the field type should be changed from option to enum. In this way, the swiss partners could implement this functionality themselves as an extension.
