1) Email directly from MSD to the client(Integration of Outlook to MSD). Reason we have like 50 leads and it becomes tedious to send it to all clients individually by copy pasting emails individually.

2) MSD should have templates which can be added or customized from us.

3) The name should automatically popped up when we are sending them with our customizable template.

4) Disposition of leads should be on the same platform.
