Ie. Sales price/ Unit Price -User should not be able to process an order without unit price or zero unit price
Product life cycle state - if a product is in specific lifecycle state sales user can not process order for it.

We need the following settings as we also have the problem with empty sales price:
- Allow to enter a zero as a Unit price for a Sales Line (at the moment it is not allowed)
- If price is empty the System shouldn’t allow to process such Sales lines

A validation setting like a warning would work great for us as our requirement would include "sample" items can be set to/shipped with zero pricing.

Rightly said an advance system like D365 should be able to stop zero price invoicing.

Its not possible to have zero price invoicing for regular orders. An advanced ERP system like D365 should prevent zero price invoicing. Hope we find this update soon !
