Many customers ask for better control over releasing Sales Orders, Assembly Orders and Production Orders picks to the warehouse.

They would like to be able to select by a variety of factors such as freight carrier & service; orders which can be picked and shipped in full; backorders which can be picked and shipped; customer specific orders; due dates and so forth - all by line item, not necessarily based on the header. Some customers may have multiple ship dates on Sales Orders or Production Orders.
