We have already tested the ‘New Look’ internally several times - but unfortunately we are currently bothered by the enormous size of the individual subgrids. If no data record or only one data record is linked to the subgrid - the number of rows is far too large and the display is absolutely unattractive from the customer's point of view - it is a waste of space and leads to unnecessary scrolling and dissatisfaction

Please take this idea with you to adapt it to make the customer experience more efficient.
