Modify 1099 amount while entering purchase invoice lines (prior to posting)

It can be time-consuming, not to mention error-prone, to modify the amount after the purchase invoice has posted. It would be nice to have a 1099 Amount field on the purchase invoice lines FastTab and have the 1099 Total Amount appear in the footer as well.
