When a business process flow is created it is assigned to Security roles . So if we need to change the Business process flow we need to deactivate it and the Activate the other , instead if we change the security role of the Business process flow should change instead of deactivating it and activating the particular BPF.

I think what you are saying is you want the ability to change the assigned security roles with deactivating and reactivating - you should be able to do this while the BPF remains "online"? If so, I like this idea!
