Our customized solutions are dependent on the base product, and it is essential that the product remains up to date with the latest updates. However, we have observed that many tenants are not operating on the most recent versions. This often leads to delays in delivery to end users or the need for customers to submit support tickets. I am seeking an opportunity to enable customers to directly access and apply the latest updates—ideally through a self-service portal—rather than relying on the ticketing process.
