Note: Potentially future including an accounts receivable default parameter to enable or disable customer sales order cancellations ledger postings might be ideal (e.g. user might have preference in processing sales order cancellations through miscellaneous charges ONLY, or user might have a preference to allow-not remove items from customer sales order and transmit ledger postings to the defined customer sales order cancellation accounts).
