It would be useful if the system admins had a functionality where they can "takeover" other accounts within their organization. For takeover, I mean entering within the CRM momentarily with other accounts of other employees.
This functionality aims at speeding up technical resolutions some users may face on their side (from bugs, or privileges missing, and so on), optimizing time for the CRM specialist, instead of having different meetings of alignment and desktop sharing where users that are not specialized in CRM may need to do technical steps out of their know-how.
A workaround to this was always to create a sort of test user that can be accessed, but aside from not covering all the issues, it also costs in terms of license.
