Most other fields are available as part of the worker integration, but seniority date is not in the CDS. Seniority date is used to calculate PTO accrual in finance and needs to be available for the integration.

In addition to the F&O integration: This is also required for HR Reporting and Payroll integration, as this drives financial calculations (like one time bonus).
