The system is set up as FIFO, but if I try to invoice an item that was assembled in a different month, I receive a posting date error. To clarify, this is for items with assembly orders posted in the previous month and the item is still in inventory during the current month.
Accounting only allows posting within the current month, for obvious reasons, but I have to ask Accounting to post invoices for old items because of this.
