I would like to see a feature implemented that lets you decide for each person in charge whether to display the family name or first name first.

In Asia, when writing full names, the surname is written first, and it is common to address people by their surname when calling upon them.

For that reason, I think there is a high demand in today's globalized world for the ability to switch name display.
