Dynamic content conditions are currently applied on a per-section basis, which makes testing difficult as the number of sections increases and variations multiply, even when the same conditions are reused. Grouping contiguous sections under a shared condition would significantly simplify testing. While this can be achieved today through custom HTML, it limits editor functionality (e.g. it's not possible to add a new section to only one existing variation). Extending the dynamic content functionality to support full-email variations would solve this problem.
