Many of our customer demand that we send them a statement in an excel format, so we send them an excel version of the Aged Accounts Receivable report. This has to be done manually, not part of the monthly bulk emailing of statements in a PDF format.

We would like when generating and emailing the statements to customers in bulk that you could select for certain customers that they receive an excel version of their statement rather than a pdf.

A previous idea on this was declined saying this was already available in the Report Options field.

In the UK version (saas v21 & v22) there is no option to choose excel as an output option!
