Problem:

When using the functionality "Reassign Records" to reassign all records from User A to User B, the current behavior is that:

1- All records owned by User A to User B without visibility of which records are being re-assigned

2- If any workflow failed to re-activate again after the re-assignment, it remains in deactivated state and users are not notified.

Suggestions:

1- When clicking on "Reassign Records", the user should be given an option to show the list of records that are owned by user A prior to starting the Reassignment process. This will allow the user to validate and confirm the records that will be re-assigned.

2- After the process is complete, any records that didn't get re-assigned properly should appear in a "Failure list", as well as any workflows that were disabled and not activated again should appear on this list.

Impact: This will allow users to have more visibility on what will be performed in the Reassignment process and be able to quickly handle any failures that occur.
