When working with a solution in make.powerautomate.com you can for example rename, activate or deactivate flows. You'll see this change int the solution objcects only when:

• you left the popup open after start of the editing and close it when finished.
• you switch from one object type to another
• you reload the page and reopen the solution again
• you navigate back to the list of solutions and reopen the solution again.

A simple "refresh objects" would be useful to refresh the list on the right side and the number of objects in the treee.
