You can email documents to customers and vendors by specifying an email address and Purpose, but you can't see the Purpose field in the Contact information list grid - you have to use the Advanced edit function. In Dynamics AX 2012 you could add the Purpose as a personalization - but you can't do that in Dynamics 365 for Operations

Agree! In the Tab "addresses" the column is visible - why not in Tab "Contact information" ???
