The expected behavior is that the telephone number (tel:12234567890) appears as a hyperlink, and on clicking it opens in the default calling app on phone or users computer.

For email there is a hyperlink, and opens in the mail app.
For URL there is a hyperlink, and opens in the browser.
But for Telephone, there is no hyperlink at all.
