In the classic web version of Dynamics 365 for CE, user were able to highlight data from Views and quickly be able to copy and paste that to other target sources such as emails/chat windows etc. This allows easy converse of data between different places and allows chat experience more fluid when providing updates to the customers.
Example where this would be extremely beneficial for:
Being able to quickly copy and paste Case Numbers to team members and other service providers.
Being able to quickly copy titles and then searching for existing or similar cases.

In addition, in the Web Legacy, there are so many hyperlinks within the emails, in the CSH so with only one click, the Agent will be in the Account or Contact without the need to copy and paste and then search. It will be great if this can be available in the CSH, it will promote the user adoption.

Totally agree. The few seconds our users save for each time they are able to do this in their daily task can amount to a lot of time savings collectively.
