Our company is using 2 agents for M365 accounts and BC central account. Therefore the 2 agents created our accounts on 2 separate Azure server. And we have 2 instances.


Luckily we are able to add our M365 account to our BC account as guest users. Then we can now use our corporate email to log in to both M365 accounts and BC account without the need of using incognito windows.


But the critical problem is we are unable to use the BC app in our iPhone, Android and Tablet. We are unable to use our M365 account to log in to the BC app which is causing huge impact to our workflow.
