Hi,

My Idea is to allow us to change the owner of an inspection.
Currently the owner is set to the user who creates the inspection. But there is no way to change the owner later.
This can cause problems like:
- Having to recreate all inspections that belonged to a user who left the company.

Preferably the change of the owner would propagate through all the records in the hierarchy of inspection entities.
