Currently, when Document Management in D365 Finance & Operations is configured to use Azure Blob Storage for attachments, users may experience intermittent issues where attachments disappear from the UI. While the files remain in Blob Storage, the UI fails to display them due to metadata sync issues, token expiration, or latency. Microsoft Support has indicated this behavior is “by design,” but it negatively impacts user confidence and business processes.
