Add the column of “Reason Code” to the “Item Ledger Entries (Archive)” as a sortable field.

Are you referring to page 38 "Item Ledger Entries"? If not, please specify the object id. You can find it using Page Inspector feature.

Are you requesting "Return Reason Code" field? If so - this field can be added through personalization.
