In Inventory and warehouse management parameters - Quality management we can nominate CAPA administrator.

However we don't want to send all CAPA cases form administrator account, we would like to have an option to use shared mailbox for this.

However to do this we would need to create virtual worker in Worker list and give it contact email of that shared mailbox which causes issue in HR.

Can we have email configuration for CAPA module that can replace CAPA admin email address
