Currently, Quote currency cannot be changed from Finance & Operations after creation due to a Dynamics 365 Sales limitation enforced through Dual-write.

This limitation is not clearly documented in the Quotation setup or integration guidance between F&O and Sales, leading to confusion and incorrect user expectations.

As a result, users only discover this restriction during operations and are forced to recreate Quotes, causing inefficiency.

Microsoft should:

• Clearly document this limitation in Dual-write and Quotation setup guidance
• Or enable controlled currency updates from F&O with proper validation and synchronization
