Agreed. Currently, forms designed for large screen resolutions (sections with 3 or 4 columns) are getting re-sized because these fields take up so much room in the UI. This really affects how many fields can be displayed on a tab without having the user scroll, or presenting the data on numerous tabs. Bottom line is that there are many use cases where data capture on a given form is vast and there is currently no way to make these high volume data capture entities denser than their counterparts. Similar to what was done for the form Headers should be an option for all UCI forms.
