Increasingly, email click bots are clicking all links in an email to determine if the email is safe for the recipient to click. This traffic is inflating engagement metrics in reporting and therefore showing thousands of clicks that were not from a human. This should be resolved, else click rates are useless. Solution is to identify click bot IPs and exclude clicks from those IPs from reporting.
