Ability to execute a future primary address change

Unable to execute a future primary address change. There is a common practice when people are communicating a switch in Primary address and is impossible to perform that with the way the system is setup today. The UI does not allow to add a new address that is effective in the future and that automatically become the primary address at the time it becomes effective.

Our organization also needs this functionality as our staff come and go from different locations around the globe often and they plan these changes far in advance.
