Position reporting to field on position to default to hiring manager

When creating a position, in order to select the reporting to position a user has to filter through a list of all open positions, leading to human error opportunities. Request to have an auto filter to automatically select the position of the user creating the new position request, if needed this can be bypassed but will help smooth the process of creating positions.
