Currently it is not supported to add html tags on questions. Although in browser it does not appear to cause an issue, on iOS and Android devices tags are not readable.
As an example a question can have information added as HTML content, this can greatly benefit users as they would be able to see more context of the survey question.

Thanks Kristiana for adding this idea on our behalf! We added the information HTML to extend functionality on the Likert type question, so if a user does not understand the single-answer question and a rating scale, he or she can hover over the question to read more information. Would be great if this functionality becomes available with the OOTB Customer Voice Survey designer as our HTML code now only works on browser and not mobile devices unfortunately.
