Add Probation Period End date field directly on the Hire New Worker form.
This allows for complete information about the hire in one go - when they start the employment, what is the duration of probation period, what position, what entity etc.
Now, we need to first Hire the worker, then go to Employment history > Date manager > Employee details > add info about Probation.
99% of new hires have probation period. Ideally, there should be an option to automatically pre-fill the Probation end date based on some criteria, eg. Employment start date + 90 days or so.
