Currently, the Fetch XML file that you can download from Edit Filter basically includes a "statecode".

Previously, the "statecode" column was not included unless there was a corresponding column.

Since the software was developed on the premise that the "statecode" column is not included, it is in a state where a great business impact has occurred.
